Terms of Service

My products are only for personal use, not commercial.

I own full rights to the finished product, not the customer. The consumer is permitted to use the final piece for personal use as long as credit is given (eg: for social media). However, they are NOT allowed to : Claim my work as their own or erase my signature; Profit from my artwork commercially; Trace or make changes to my artwork; Use my work to train AI models

I do not permit my art to be used as NFTs/AI

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I could share completed commissions on social media. If you're not confortable with this, please let me know.

Please prepare some references and descriptions, they are requested and very appreciated.

Once you've filled out the commission form, i will email you to confirm the order and send an invoice

Once I've received the payment, I will begin your commission and notify you

At the end of each stage of the process (sketch, colouring, rendering), I will send you an update. Before I continue, I'll need you to confirm that you like what i've done so far, so communication is very important. Otherwise, I won't be able to continue and I'll put your commission on hold.

Commissions can be completed in 8-9 weeks after payment (this may vary). I will communicate with you in case I need more time and I am confortable with partial refunds if I end up taking too long.

Final product will be digital and sent via google drive link on email in full resolution (300 dpi)

I cannot be held accountable in case you loose your access to your file, as i cannot guarantee that the original copy of the file will be available in the case you lost your files. Please store it safely.

Major edits (eg. changing the pose or composition) can be suggested once during Sketch stage for free.

3 minor fixes (eg. changing the eye colour of the character) at any stage are also permitted for free.

Major revisions to the finished artwork will be charged accordingly.

I only accept payment though PayPal in Euros €. Currency conversions costs, bank transfer fees are at your cost.

100% of cost must be paid before i start working on your commission. I will not start working on the commission before receiving the payment. Full refunds are permitted if I haven't started working on your commission yet. Once I have, only partial refunds are permitted.

No refunds are permitted after I have started the second stage (Colouring) of the commission, so please be sure when you approve the sketch.

Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the commission commences.

I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of a refund, without giving any reason.

Any disrespectful behaviour towards me and my work will not be tolared and may result in cancellation of the commission. Depending on the amount of work completed, you will receive a full or partial refund. I will have full rights to refuse any further commissions from you.
